Bridging Program
We provide counselling and employability training for females who are victims of violence and/or abuse, men who are former sex trade workers, and sexually exploited youth to prepare them to be independent and self sufficient.

Through partnership with Island Work Transitions, INEO Employment Services works with clients who are on income assistance, people with multiple barriers and people with disabilities, and also provides entrepreneurial training to clients with disabilities.

AVEC can provide advice and assistance with job applications, resumes, cover letters and interview. They can prepare you to do your best in a competitive job market. There are Case Managers available to help you make career decisions, conduct a successful job search, or apply to participate in government-funded employment service.
